Abia Party Chieftain, Udensi hails Peter Obi’s leadership qualities, rallies support ahead of 2027 polls

A chieftain of Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) from Abia State, Barrister Jonas Okorie Udensi, has hailed the sterling human and leadership qualities of former Governor of Anambra State, Dr Peter Obi.

Recall that Obi, a presidential aspirant and co-founder of the coalition African Democratic Congress (ADC), had earlier May, dumped the party for Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).

Barrister Jonas Udensi while speaking on Thursday, adduced that he pitched tent with NDC because of Peter Obi ‘s outstanding leadership qualities and believed that the ex-Anambra governor has the wherewithal to make Nigeria great again.

According to the state house of Assembly aspirant, ” I am a legal practitioner and an ardent believer in the qualities of our principal, His Excellency Peter G. Obi.

“His entrance in NDC has provided the Nigerian citizens the opportunity to experience what the Bible says in Prov. 29 that when the righteous is on the throne, the people will rejoice.

“I sincerely believe that time has come for good people and scholars to participate actively to right the wrongs going on in our society.

“I aspire to carry the banner of NDC high in Bende North constituency to replicate the scrupulous leadership of PO in the states.

“A new Nigeria is really possible and Nigeria will be okay,”Barrister Udensi stated.
