Uzodinma swears in 24 Permanent Secretaries in Imo

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma has reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering commitment to the Imo State Civil Service, pledging sustained statutory and institutional support to ensure optimal performance across all sectors.

Uzodinma made this declaration during the official swearing-in ceremony of 24 newly promoted Permanent Secretaries in Owerri.

The promotions, he noted, were carried out in strict adherence to the provisions of the State Civil Service rules, reflecting his administration’s dedication to due process, merit, and professionalism.

The Governor charged the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to bring innovation, leadership, and diligence to their roles, stressing the importance of their positions in driving the policies and programmes of government to fruition.
