To the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), I convey my heartfelt encomium and profound commendations for your superlative conduct of the gubernatorial election in Osun State yesterday which ACCORD PARTY Clinched victory against APC. Super congratulations to Governor Adeleke of Accord party.

In the face of heightened expectations and scrutiny, INEC exhibited unwavering impartiality, logistical dexterity, and institutional integrity. The process was marked by transparency, timeliness, and technological fidelity, affirming the ballot as the authentic barometer of the people’s sovereign will. You have once again fortified democratic norms, deepened civic trust, and elevated the credibility of our electoral architecture.

Equally worthy of resounding accolades is the APC-led Government for its statesmanlike acceptance of the electoral outcome with utmost equanimity, decorum, and magnanimity. In choosing national interest over partisan expediency, you have set a precedent of political maturity and given fresh impetus to the culture of democratic consolidation in Nigeria.

This synergy between an independent electoral umpire and a democratic political establishment is the quintessence of constitutional democracy. It signals that our nation is steadily transcending the pettiness of zero-sum politics and embracing the nobility of people-driven governance.

To INEC and the APC leadership: you have honored the electorate, you have honored democracy, and you have honored Nigeria..

May this conduct be emulated, institutionalized, and surpassed in elections to come.

To those presently peddling spurious allegations that the APC and INEC had preordained and rigged the Osun State election, it is time for a sobering introspection and a re-examination of conscience.

Elections are not won through vituperation and conspiratorial conjecture, but through the sacrosanct expression of the electorate’s will. To impugn the integrity of institutions without empirical substantiation is to engage in a pernicious campaign of misinformation and a false alarm designed to impugn public confidence.

Democracy thrives not on cynicism, but on civic faith, lawful contestation, and graceful acceptance of outcomes. When an election is conducted with transparency and equanimity, and when political actors demonstrate magnanimity in defeat and decorum in victory. we must applaud the process, not demonize it.

Let us, therefore, journey away from acrimony and embrace the tenets of democracy: respect for the ballot, fidelity to facts, and commitment to nation-building above partisan narratives.

The will of the people has spoken. Let us honor it.

Gradually, Nigeria is growing democratically and otherwise.

Congratulations to OSUN State

Congratulations to the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the APC leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

To God be the glory
