Osun Guber: Ex-Nigerian Minister, Uche Ogah congratulates Gov Adeleke on reelection

Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr Uchechukwu Ogah, has congratulated Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, on his re-election, describing the victory as a reflection of the confidence reposed in him by the people of the state.

Speaking to News Masters on Sunday, Dr Ogah commended Governor Adeleke for securing a renewed mandate and urged him to see the victory as a fresh opportunity to deepen development, good governance and inclusive leadership across Osun State.

The former Minister also congratulated the people of Osun State for their participation in the electoral process, noting that their peaceful conduct demonstrated the maturity and resilience of Nigeria’s democracy.

Ogah particularly saluted the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for what he described as its commitment to upholding the democratic process and respecting the choice of the electorate. He said credible elections remain essential to building public confidence in Nigeria’s democratic institutions.

He further called on all political actors and stakeholders to accept the outcome of the election in the spirit of sportsmanship, peace and national interest, while urging the Governor to extend a hand of fellowship to all his opponents and work for the benefit of every citizen of Osun State.

Dr Ogah prayed that God would grant Governor Adeleke wisdom, strength and good health to discharge the responsibilities of his renewed mandate, and guide his administration to deliver greater development, peace and prosperity to the people of Osun State.
