Ex-federal Commissioner, Ogbulogo hails Benjamin Kalu’s academic achievement of Ph.D in Law

Frontline chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Abia State and the immediate past federal commissioner who represented Abia state at the Federal Character Commission FCC, Hon Henry Ogbulogo , has congratulated the deputy speaker of the house of representatives, Rt Hon Benjamin Kalu on his academic achievement of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in law.

In a message to the deputy speaker made available to newsmen in Abuja, Honorable Ogbulogo described Kalu’s attainment of Doctor of Philosophy in law not a personal milestone but also a reflection of his discipline, vision and unwavering commitment to excellence.

According to Ogbulogo to Kalu, ” I am delighted to celebrate this remarkable achievement with you .

“As a strong supporter of your leadership, I have always admired your dedication, wisdom, and ability to inspire those around you.

The ex-federal commissioner noted that the accomplishments has further reinforced the people’s confidence in Rt Hon Benjamin Kalu’s capacity to lead with knowledge , integrity, and purpose.
