Ex-Abia lawmaker, Uzosike applauds Acho Obioma’s election as

A chieftain of the labour party and former member of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon Jerry Uzosike , has felicitates with Hon Acho Obioma as the newly elected national secretary of the labour party.

Recall that the just-concluded national convention of the labour party held in umuahia, Abia State, returned Senator Nemadi Usman as the national chairman, and elected Hon Iheanacho Obioma as new national secretary of the party.

Hon Uzosike, while speaking on Tuesday, described the recent emergence of the former member of the house of representatives as LP national secretary as a clear testament to the confidence reposed in his sterling leadership qualities, vast political experience, and as well his unwavering commitment to Dr Alex Otti’s leadership.

While further describing Obioma’s elevation as as a square peg in a square hole, Hon Uzosike expressed confidence in the capacity of the new party national secretary in bringing renewed strength, strategic direction and greater unity to the party.

The ex-state legislator thanked the national leader of the labour, Governor Alex Chioma Otti for his dynamic leadership and confidence in Rt Hon Acho Obioma’s capacity to serve effectively in this exalted office.

Hon Uzosike however reassured the governor of the unflinching loyalty and commitment to work tirelessly with the party leadership to consolidate our structures and secure resounding victory for the labour party in the forthcoming general election.

“I have no iota of doubts that Rt Hon Acho Obioma (Chomen) will deliver excellently in this new national assignment,”He stated.
