Atuma Friends International Inaugurated in Isiala Ngwa South

Atuma Friends International has been inaugurated in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State, with members pledging to mobilise grassroots support for the All Progressives Congress, APC, and its candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Declaring the event open, Hon. Nnaemeka Darlington Ahuruonye said the group was established to support the senatorial ambition of Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma for Abia Central Senatorial District, alongside other APC candidates.

He described Atuma as a man of integrity with exceptional leadership qualities, expressing confidence that he would provide effective representation if elected.

I performed the INAUGURATION on behalf of Rt. Hon Emeka Atuma with the group’s primary objective is to mobilise support and secure victory for the APC senatorial candidate. Rt Hon. Emeka Atuma is a capable and experienced politician with the capacity to win elections.

Chairman of the occasion, Chief Gabriel Onyendilefu, urged members to work diligently towards ensuring overwhelming support for Atuma.

He encouraged them to return to their respective communities to intensify mobilisation and strategic grassroots engagement.

Responding on behalf of the organisers, Chief Damian Anayo Ozurumba thanked members for their large turnout and encouraged them to remain committed to the group’s objectives by working towards Atuma’s success at the polls.

In her remarks, the Abia State Assistant Legal Adviser of the APC, Barrister Kelly Ahunanya, said the gathering was aimed at introducing Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma to party supporters as the APC candidate for Abia Central Senatorial District.

She expressed optimism about his prospects in the 2027 election and urged members to return to their polling units and remain actively engaged in the democratic process.

Speaking on behalf of the newly inaugurated members, Chief Mgbeahuru assured the leadership that members would live up to expectations and work towards the success of all APC candidates in the 2027 elections.

Also speaking, the National Coordinator of Atuma Friends International, Hon. Chief Ike Anyataonwu, expressed confidence in Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma’s leadership credentials and electoral prospects.

He called on party supporters to vote massively for all APC candidates in the forthcoming elections, expressing optimism that the party would record victory in 2027.

In his vote of thanks, the APC Publicity Secretary for Isiala Ngwa South, Dr. Remigus Nwazuo, appreciated everyone who contributed to the success of the inauguration and prayed for the safe journey of all participants to their respective destinations.
