APC congress: Party Stalwart, Joseph Enyinnaya salutes Abia leaders on peaceful conducts

Prominent stalwart of the All Progressives Congress from Abia State, Pastor Joseph Enyinnaya, has lauded the recent conduct of Tuesday’s All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia state congress, describing the concluded congresses as the first of its kind in the political history of the party in the state.

Pastor Enyinnaya observed that despite the large turnout of delegates during the just-concluded congresses in umuahia, party leaders and members, the exercise was rancour-free, peaceful and successful.

He also noted that it was a clear departure from previous elections of the party that were full of rancor and divisions among members

Pastor Enyinnaya expressed gratitude to God, president Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR party members, state, and national officials and other stakeholders for the success recorded.

He however, congratulated former member of Abia State House of Assembly, Hon Chukwu Chijioke on his emergence as new Abia state chairman of the APC and other newly-elected members of the state executive of the party, admonishing them to see themselves as torch bearers of the party in the state.

The Abia stakeholder equally stated that as party executives, their loyalty should primarily be to the party and its leaders at the national and state levels rather than those who nominated them.

Pastor Enyinnaya urged them to work together to ensure the continued peace and progress of the state.
