2027 polls: President Tinubu has earned nationwide supports, will win in Abia for second term in office-Senator Adighije

Prominent leader of the All Progressives Congress from Abia state and former representative of Abia central senatorial district at the National Assembly, Senator Chris Adighije, has stated that the performance of President Bola Tinubu in the office in last two years, has earned him increased support from the citizens of Nigeria.

Senator Adighije opined that President Tinubu enjoys enormous goodwill among Nigerian electorates than he did during the last general election held in the country, confiding that Tinubu will secure victories in Abia state, southeast, and other parts of the country if he declares to seek reelection in 2027.
Senator Adighije who bared his mind while addressing APC stakeholders from Umuahia South local government area of Abia state, during a recent parley held at his Okwu olokoro residence in umuahia.
The immediate-past Pro-chancellor and board Council chairman of Federal University of Lokoja, Kogi state challenged party members to vote out incapable party executives while carefully choosing credible individuals to steer the party affairs and lead APC to victories in future elections.
Senator Adighije who was flanked by his daughter, Engr. Jennifer Adighije who currently is the managing director and Chief executive officer of Niger Delta Power Holding Company, during the meeting with APC members, also raised an alarm on alleged plan by some mischievous individuals within the APC fold to blackmail him out of the governing party.
He insisted that such evil plots would fail and reiterated his unwavering commitment to the unity and progress of the party.
The frontline Abia APC leader further used the fora to debunk the widespread speculations in some quarters on the purported intention of his daughter and the Managing Director of Niger Delta Power Holding Company, Engr Jennifer Adighije to join 2027 national assembly race,
Senator Adighije insisted that the NDPHC managing director is not contesting for the house of representatives seat or any other elective office but remains fully committed and focused on her professional responsibilities.
He charged members of the APC in umuahia South local government area to remain steadfast with their maximum supports to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration as it is continues to implement key policies in fostering socio-economic and infrastructural growths in the country.
