NDI OHUHU, HURU UZO MAMA NNU OOO!

Ndi Ohuhu, this is a call for unity, fairness, and thoughtful political participation.

Since the creation of Abia State, several major political positions have been occupied by members of the same family from Ibeku, including Chief of Staff Governor, Speaker of the House of Assembly, and Senator.

Meanwhile, Ndi Ohuhu have had limited representation at the National Assembly, with only four years in the House of Representatives during this period.

This is not a call against any individual, family, or community. Every citizen has the right to contest, serve, and seek the people’s support.

However, it is equally legitimate for Ndi Ohuhu to ask whether political opportunities within Ikwuano/Umuahia have been fairly distributed and whether every community has had a meaningful opportunity to lead.

As we approach another election, let us put unity, equity, competence, experience, and effective representation first.

As we believed that Hon. Obi Aguocha deserves the opportunity to return to the House of Representatives and complete eight years of service, let us support him peacefully, openly, and with conviction.

Ndi Ohuhu, ka anyi jikota aka.

Ka anyi jiri udo na amamihe mee mkpebi anyi.

Onye ekwele uzo gaa oooo!

Let our voice be heard—not through division, but through unity, sacrifice, fairness, and the power of our votes.

OHUHU HURU UZO NDI OMA!

We want Equity, Unity, Representation, Progress.

Hon. Fred Ndubuisi Alozie is the coordinator, Fairplay for Good Governance.
