Senator Akobundu extolls Onyema Ugochukwu’s virtues

The representative of Abia Central senatorial district in the National Assembly, Senator Austin Akobundu has extolled Chief Onyema Ugochukwu as a man of puritanical values and pristine virtues who is never influenced negatively by his peers nor moved by mundane considerations.
Senator Akobundu stated this in his congratulatory message to De Onyema, as he is fondly called by his admirers, on the occasion of his birthday today, 9th November, 2025.
Akobundu further hailed the celebrant’s commitment to professional excellence, administrative acuity, and mentoring of the younger generations over the years, and for distinguishing himself in different endeavours of life, acts which he says remain historic in the annals of mankind.
While wishing him a happy birthday, Senator Akobundu prayed God to preserve the elder statesman in good health and grant him many more years on earth.
