The women group whose membership is drawn from the six local government areas that constituted imo north senatorial district (okigwe zone), made the commendation in a communique issued at the end of its enlarged meeting held in Owerri, the imo state capital.

The communique was signed by the President, Lady Nancy Nzomuche and the Secretary-General, Mrs. Catherine Offor.
Nzuko Umuada Imo lauded Attorney Onyirimba ‘s unwavering commitment to the societal building and development.
The organisation noted Chief Onyirimba ‘s commitment and enormous contributions to human empowerment and community development, adding that the renowned lawyer has continued to provide succor to the ordinary citizens under his humanitarian support programs.
While noting that Chief Onyirimba’s genuine passion for socio-economic and infrastructural development towards improving the welfare of average citizens in the society cannot be overemphasized, Nzuko Umuada Imo applauded Chief Attorney Charles Onyirimba on his recent declaration to seek election into the Nigerian Senate to represent Imo north senatorial district otherwise known as okigwe zone.
The socio-ethnic-nationality women organization expressed total confidence in the ability and capacity of Chief Attorney Charles Onyirimba in making impactful laws that will engender critical infrastructure, boost economic activities, in okigwe zone, and also strengthen relevant institutions of democratic governance if elected to become next senator representing Imo north senatorial district
“There are no doubts that Onyirimba will deliver effective representation to okigwe zone when supported to emerge as senator of the federal Republic of Nigeria. Because he has continued to demonstrate capacity. We believe Attorney Charles Onyirimba possessed the expertises to speak for people of Imo north and bring down what is due for us.
Nzuko Umuada Imo pledged to mobilize support and bulk votes from the imo electorates to ensure Chief Attorney Charles Onyirimba’s anticipated victory in next year’s general election in Imo state and all other states of the federation.
The southeast women further used the medium to urge eligible citizens from okigwe zone to ensure they participate in INEC Continuous Voters Registration exercise, reminding them that permanent voters cards (PVC) empowers them to choose those to become their leader during elections.
