Ikoh Commends President Tinubu over malaria intervention, urges Abia to support Renewed Hope Agenda

Hon. Chief Henry Ikechukwu Ikoh (Ozurumba), Former Minister of State for Science and Technology and Abia State Coordinator, Renewed Hope Ambassadors, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the Federal Government’s ongoing intervention to provide insecticide-treated mosquito nets to vulnerable Nigerians as part of efforts to reduce the malaria burden.

Chief Ikoh described the initiative as another practical demonstration of the Renewed Hope Agenda, emphasizing that government is about touching lives, protecting families and putting the welfare of Nigerians first.

He appealed to the Abia State Government and all those entrusted with the distribution to ensure that the nets reach the people fairly, transparently and without political discrimination. A life-saving intervention should serve Nigerians, irrespective of party affiliation.

Chief Ikoh therefore called on Abians to recognize the positive interventions of the Tinubu administration and to continue supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda as the nation moves towards 2027.
