Ex-minister, Uche Ogah reiterates stand ahead of 2027 general election in Nigeria

Foremost industrialist and Ex-Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development , Dr. Uche Sampson Ogah, CON, has reiterated his position ahead of the forthcoming general election in Nigeria in 2027.

Dr Ogah who was also former Abia State Gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2019 election, in a post on Tuesday, threw his weight behind the reelection bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Chioma Otti.

Recall that Dr. Uche Sampson Ogah, had at a grand civic reception organized in honour of the current Commissioner of Justice and Attorney General of Abia State, Ikechukwu Uwanna, SAN, held in Isiuakwato local government area of Abia State, attributed his position to the laudable economic policies of the present federal government of Nigeria, which according to him, has positively enhanced the nation’s economy.

Speaking on his decision for endorsing Governor Otti for another term in office, Dr. Ogah posited that the present administration has redefined governance in Abia state with execution of completed infrastructural projects, job and wealth creations, effective security architecture, improved education system and enhanced healthcare delivery service.

While rallying supports for the duos , the ex-minister called on the people of Abia State, and indeed, Nigerians to replicate same unanimous support by ensuring their bulk votes cast goes to these two worthy Nigerian leaders.

Dr. Ogah, also urged eligible citizens of Abia State to ensure it register for Permanent Voters Cards, reminding them that their voters cards empowers as contained in the constitution of Nigeria, to vote and elect leaders of their choices to provide basic dividends of democracy to their various doorsteps.
