Democracy Day: Abia lawmaker, Aaron Uzodike salutes Aba North constituents, reiterates commitment to people-centred legislation

The Member representing Aba North State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Aaron Uzodike, has congratulated the people of Aba North on the occasion of Nigeria’s 2026 Democracy Day, commending their steadfast commitment to democratic values and good governance.

Hon. Uzodike described June 12 as a symbol of the nation’s democratic struggle and a reminder that government must remain accountable to the people.

He thanked the people of Aba North for their continued support and confidence in his leadership, assuring them of his unwavering commitment to people-centred legislation, effective representation, and policies that promote development, empowerment, and improved living standards.

The lawmaker urged constituents to remain united and actively engaged in the democratic process, stressing that sustainable progress can only be achieved through collective effort and responsible citizenship.

“As we celebrate Democracy Day, I reaffirm my commitment to serving the people of Aba North with dedication, integrity, and results-driven representation,” he said.
