Birthday: Abia LP stalwart, Lukeman Ukara salutes Gov Otti at 61

Hon Luke Onyeani Ukara, Special Adviser to Abia State Governor on legislative matter, and Stalwart of the labour party, has saluted Governor Alex Otti on the occasion of the celebration of his 61 birthday on Wednesday.

In a message on Wednesday, congratulating the state governor on his birthday, Hon Ukara hailed Governor Otti’s sterling leadership qualities and his administration’s giant strides in the state.

The frontline Abia chieftain lauded Otti’s unwavering commitment to the socio-economic and infrastructural development of the state, and Nigeria society.

Hon Ukara noted that present administration led by Otti, has redefined governance in Abia, through building of critical infrastructural projects and provision of essential amenities to the doorsteps of every citizens of the state.

According to him, these modest achievements by Dr Otti-led government in last two and half years, has positively enhanced the living standards of the people, and also placed Abia state on the path of continued prosperity.

Hon Ukara described Governor Alex Otti as a servant-leader and an icon of visionary leadership and maintained that history will forever be kind to the governor for restoring the lost glory of Abia state.

On the occasion of his auspicious birthday celebration, Hon Lukeman Ukara prayed for God’s continued wisdoms, guidance, and good health upon the life of Governor Otti, especially on his administration ‘s current efforts towards actualizing a new economically and infrastructural Abia state.

“May I also use this medium to congratulate and wish him a joyous birthday celebration filled with continued prosperity,”the ex-Abia lawmaker added.
