Bende LG and Ward Executive committees dissociates selves from purported suspension of Abia ADC chairman, Norman Obinna

The Bende local government area and ward executive committees of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Abia state has denied involvement in the purported suspension of the state chairman Mr Don Norman Obinna.

In a statement issued on Wednesday by the ADC chairman in Bende local government area, Hon John Ukeh called on the public to disregard the malicious and misleading announcements purporting the suspension of the state party chairman, insisting that Don Norman Obinna remains the authentic chairman of the ADC in Abia state.

The Bende chapter of the ADC called on the national leadership of the party to intervene and stop illegal activities of those it described as enemies of the party, before it takes a dangerous toll.

While reiterating their maximum supports to Don Norman Obinna-led State Executive Committee of the ADC, the Bende local government and ward executive committee of the party pledged to complement the state chairman’s efforts to building a strong ADC in Abia and Nigeria as a whole.
