APP Senatorial Flagbearer, Onwughara felicitates Muslim Community in Abia Central district on Eid-el-Maulud

The leading Abia central Senatorial Flagbearer of the Action People’s Party (APP), Pastor Engr. Izuchukwu Onwughara, has felicitated with Muslim faithful in Abia Central district, and indeed, all Nigerians on the occasion of the 2026 Eid-el-Maulud celebration, commemorating the birth of Prophet Muhammad.

Pastor Engr. Izuchukwu Onwughara, in a goodwill message, urged Muslim faithful to reflect on and apply the virtues taught by the Prophet, particularly compassion, peaceful coexistence, selflessness and concern for the less privileged.

He called on Nigerians to embrace the nation’s diversity as a strength and use it to build bridges of unity, peace and understanding, stressing that Nigeria remains the common heritage of all its citizens.

Pastor Izuchukwu Onwughara said, “We must leverage on our diversity to build bridges of unity because we do not have any other country to call our own except Nigeria.”

The APP Senatorial candidate reiterates his commitment to enacting legislation that will strengthen the institutions of governance, promote economic prosperity and foster national cohesion and unity when elected as a member of the national assembly.

Pastor Izuchukwu Onwughara urged the people of Abia central senatorial zone irrespective of religious or ethnic affiliation, to continue to support Action People’s Party (APP) to form next government in Nigeria, assuring that APP when assumes the leadership of the country will strengthen peace, unity and national development.

He prayed Almighty God to bless the Muslim faithful and the entire Nigerian nation, urging citizens to imbibe the lessons of Eid-el-Maulud for the common good of all.
