Anyanwu lauds Gov Otti on human and infrastructural development in Abia

A stalwart of the labour party, Chief Nduka Anyanwu, says Governor Alex Otti has redefined governance in Abia state through execution of completed infrastructural projects, job creation, human empowerment, improved security, effective healthcare delivery system, and improved education in public schools in the state.

Chief Anyanwu stated in an interview with newsmen shortly after the visit to Abia state by the Wife of the Nigerian President, Senator Oluremi Tinubu on Tuesday.
Recall that Senator Oluremi Tinubu was on the maiden visit to Akwette Weaving Center in Ukwa East local government area of Abia state.
The President’s wife was later hosted in a civic reception organized by the Government of Abia State.
While baring his mind after the event, Chief Nduka Anyanwu lauded the partnership between the Abia and federal governments, noting that the working relationship by the two tiers of governments birthed the ongoing construction of an international airport to accelerate urbanization beyond Aba and umuahia, and also for social and economic transformation of Abia state.
The prominent Abia chieftain also gave a passmark to Governor Alex Otti-led administration on implementation of human welfarist enhancement programs that has empowered youths, elderly men and women across the state, pointing out TechRise program wherein thousands of youths are trained to become tech talents and incubators.
On the Nigeria First Lady maiden visit to Akwette Weaving Center in ukwa east local government area of Abia State, Chief Nduka Anyanwu commended Governor Alex Otti-led administration for resuscitating and modernizing the weaving center to stimulate the economy of the state.
“This center will create jobs for our youths and women, empower local weavers, attract investment, and showcase Made-in-Nigeria excellence to the world,”He stated.
Chief Anyanwu, the convener of Oha’ndigbo Worldwide, called on the people of Abia state to support and ensure Governor Alex Otti’s continuity in office beyond next year, so as to enable the present administration to engender more meaningful socio-economic and infrastructural projects across the state.
