Abia 2027: Party Stalwart, Chinedum Okoro picks NDC nomination to contest Bende South Constituency

Abia Party Chieftain, Barrister Chinedum John Okoro, has picked expression of interest and nomination of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) to contest Bende South constituency seat in the house of representatives in the forthcoming 2027 elections in the country.

Barrister Okoro picked the nomination forms at the Abia State Secretriate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) in Umuahia on Saturday.

Speaking to newsmen shortly after obtaining the NDC nomination forms, on Saturday, Barrister Chinedum Okooro assured to render effective and people’s-oriented representation when elected into the state legislative chamber in next year’s general election in the country.

He maintained that bende South had not fared better in legislative governance and added that the people from the constituency yearns for true democratic representation that would foster socio-economic and infrastructural development in the area.

The aspirant reiterated his commitment to make impactful and development-oriented laws that will solidify every statutory institutions of democratic governance in Abia State for service delivery and efficiency when supported to emerge as lawmaker.

Barrister Okoro boasted that he would make a difference by ensuring proper representation of Bende South in Abia state House of Assembly that will engender human capital projects towards developing every areas of the constituency.
