2027: Ex-Abia commissioner, Suleiman Ukandu dumps PDP for ADC in Abia

Former Abia State Commissioner of Lands and Housing, Chief Barr. Suleiman Ukandu, has dumped Peoples Democratic Party for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the state.

The ex-PDP chieftain was spotted during the unveiling ceremony of the new Membership cards by the national leadership of the ADC in Abia state at the weekend.

While speaking during the well-attended event held at Kolping Society Event center in Umuahia at the weekend, Chief Suleiman Ukandu expressed that the exercise is inclusive and compared politics to a casket borne by everyone.

The legal luminary sued for unity among the people in the ongoing statewide membership mobilization Registration, and Revalidation drive by the ADC leadership in Abia state.

Recall that Ukandu was a former local council chairman and ex-chairman of Abia state Pilgrims Welfare Board.

He was an ersewhile member of Abia State Advisory Council and was also appointed Commissioner of Lands and Housing by the immediate past Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu.
