2027: ADC”ll form next government in Nigeria-Abia stalwart, Daniel Okorie

Stalwart of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) from Abia state, Honorable Daniel Okorie, has boasted that his party will form the next government in Nigeria in 2027.

Okorie noted that the party is strategically being positioned to clinch the majority of elective seats in Abia state and other states of the federation in next general election.

In an interview with THE PURVEYOR on Thursday, the party chieftain said that Nigerians have begun to embrace ADC as an alternative towards restoring economic prosperity of the country, vowing that no amount of smear campaigns and intimidation from enemies of democracy will deter the party in removing the governing APC

Okorie who regretted the lack of display of leadership capacity by the APC controlled federal government of Nigeria towards addressing infrastructural decadence, insecurity, food crisis, among other myriads of problems hindering the nation’s effort to attain economic greatness.

He assured Nigerians that ADC will deliver quality leadership built on transparency, accountability, and responsiveness if voted into office in the forthcoming 2027 elections in the country.

“ADC has come to say in Abia and Nigeria. It’s undisputable fact that Nigerians are currently wallowing into abject poverty, hunger, insecurity, and this APC government in the country has failed to show good leadership in the last 25 years it assumed power.

“ADC assures to fix the dwindled economy and end mindless killings ravaging some parts of the country when it assume leadership of this nation. And not only that, ADC will implement development -oriented policies and programs in strengthening institutions of governance towards delivering democratic dividends to the citizens.

In Abia State, the party stakeholder from Bende local government area, Daniel Okorie called on Governor Alex Otti to join ADC in order to actualize his second term bid.

He noted that labour party and other major dormant political parties are bedevilled by leadership crisis instigated by clashes of interests and lack of party internal democracy, describing ADC as peaceful and ideologically-based party, birthed by countrymen and women to rescue Nigerian citizens from the clutches of present democratic misrule of the APC in the country.

Okorie commended the Abia state chairman of the African Democratic Congress, Don Norman Obinna for his uncommon leadership in the state.

The Abia stalwart also lauded the chairman’s unwavering commitment towards grassroots mobilization support, and general growths of the party in the state, and the entire southeast geopolitical region.

He urged party members and teeming supporters of the ADC to continue in giving their support to the Norman Obinna-led state executive committee of the party as it makes positive efforts in positioning the party for successes ahead of future electoral competition in Abia State.
