Abia APC stalwart, Phina Kanu laud Senator Remi Tinubu’s sterling leadership strides

Stalwart and former Abia state House of Assembly candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2019 elections, Honorable Chief Mrs Phina Kanu, has hailed the sterling leadership strides of the Nigerian First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

Mrs Kanu made the commendation in a statement felicitating with Senator Tinubu on his recent 65th birthday celebration

She noted that the invaluable contributions of Senator Oluremi Tinubu cannot be overemphasized, and particularly lauded Senator Oluremi Tinubu’s unwavering commitment in pursuit of gender equality and democracy in the country.

According to her, Senator Oluremi Tinubu as a former senator and first lady of the federal Republic of Nigeria implemented, and still implementing policies that engenders youth, men and women empowerment and democratic progress.

The frontline Abia APC stakeholder also noted that the Nigerian first lady has remained supportive to the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration in the country as she rolled out several development -oriented programs that has positively enhanced the welfare of the ordinary citizens of the country through her office.

As Senator Oluremi Tinubu marked her 65th birthday celebration, Hon Chief Mrs Phina Kanu saluted First lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and prayed for God’s continued blessings and guidance upon the life of Senator Oluremi Tinubu, especially she complements positive efforts of her husband and the President in running the affairs of the country.

She reassured Nigerian first lady of the unalloyed support of Abia women and southeast as a whole towards the realization of the visionary policies of the present federal government, which according to her, positions Nigeria for economic prosperity.
